Gretchen Bily has been a web designer for over ten years. She has worked at companies such as Bayer and Kaiser, and studied English at Cal State Hayward and graphic design at UC Berkeley Extension. In 2007 she started 18 East, where she is currently the head designer. Since then she has worked with numerous clients. She is very interested in art and design and loves her work. |
